Summer refresh week five is here!  This week we are getting super tactical and practical.  This whole 7-week series is all about bringing more joy into your life. But here is the thing, it's hard to feel joy when we are distracted by the things undone around us.  Whether we think about it or not, when our environment is not in order, it can cause stress, distraction and remind us of the things that need to be done and it can silently kill your joy.  We are not talking about completely cleaning the house, in this episode, we are breaking it down and making it easy...promise.
